[ltp] CD-ROM speed

	The solution I've imployed is to put another IDE drive in the 
Ultrabay, and use an external CD/DVD drive instead. When I want to cut 
out the noise, I just unplug the cable or power the drive down. 

	Simple! And it gives me more storage in the Ultrabay when I'm 
not using the CD/DVD drive (though I lose a bit more battery life with 
the IDE drive in the bay, at least I can use the drive's PM features 
to put it to sleep after inactivity).
