	That should be limited to the on-keyboard mouse, not an 
external mouse. For example, if my laptop is falling off of the desk, 
and I'm using an external mouse (corded or otherwise), the laptop may 
be receiving events from the mouse as the weight of the laptop drags 
or pushes the mouse across the table on its way to the floor.
