[ltp] Fail to burn cd on my T42p

Hi,

try to upgrade the drive firmware. It seems you have firmware revision
K103. The recent firmware version is K104. Maybe this solves the problem.
I acutally have many troubles with the same drive when experimenting
with DVD-RAM.
