[ltp] Dual Head display on IBM X40 series Thinkpads

even so I've tried it myself with the cvs (you need to install
libpam0g-dev package on debian otherwise it won't compile)

however I couldn't make it work with dual head because of some error
with VBE not loading properly after a few laptop display -> crt switching
I decided to drop it when I realized it had been 4 hours since I started
researching, btw Xorg compiling take around 70 minutes
