I'm in Ohio, USA!  :)

Based on a friend's dealings with Compaq / HP, I know that it very well 
could be that I just had a good person on the phone.  He had lots of 
trouble getting recovery CD's.  Then, one day, he finally got ahold of 
someone who sent them no problem.  Maybe I just got lucky and got a good 
person on my first call!
