[ltp] order of battery discharging in suspend-to-ram mode

Hi there,
is this the normal behaviour of a thinkpad t41p ?
- the ultrabay battery (BAT1) is discharged before the main battery (BAT0). I 
know that this is correct.
BUT
- the main battery (BAT0) is discharged before the ultrabay battery in 
suspend-to-ram mode. I think this is strange. I hate this because I want to 
use variantly the batteries. Can anybody check this ?
