does suspend to ram also work? To my knowledge swsusp2 doesn't use ACPI at=
=20
all (which can be an advantage;-).=20
I just applied newest ACPI patches cause I had problems with ACPI more=20
than once. I didn't test without them yet. Maybe ACPI in 2.6.11 is=20
advanced enough already.
As said I think sooner or later I try the software suspend 2 stuff again=20
(I tried it once, but got something wrong back then I think). Right now I=20
just enjoy my almost working suspend stuff for a while before doing=20
further tests. The remaining issues are just rather minor glitches for me=20
in the light of the success that it now works at last. ;)
