[ltp] USB died on my T42p

I just went through this with IBM.  It wasn't my entire USB controller 
though, it was just my USB 2 controller.  In linux nothing usb worked 
unless I removed ehci-hcd.  In windows it just always connected at 1.1 
speeds.  IBM was pretty helpful.  They had someone out to replace the 
mainboard the next day.  It didn't take much convincing them, but I know 
that depends a lot on the person you talk to.
