[ltp] R51 - when will the fan turn off?

On http://www.dw-itsecurity.de/content/view/73/128/ I´ve read "...my fan
starts to run if the CPU temperature is above 73°C, fan stops at 61°C.
Cooling down is very fast. The GPU starts the fan at 55°C, at precisely 48°C
the fan stops..."

Strange this different behaviour.
