I am using LVM on my T40 and would never go back.

I found it very useful in the first weeks of my TP life under Linux 
since the capability of resizing /var and /usr has proven very very cool.

As I had never previously heard of EVMS my question was only to 
understand if it's so much superior to LVM2 (which fo rmy use I find 
more than adequate).
