[ltp] enhanced batteries plug-in for gkrellm

Hi!

I've wrote an enhanced batteries info plug-in for gkrellm, available on gkrellm's site:

This plug-in supports several batteries (default gkrellm supports only on battery), shows
remaining/total capacity, current power rate/time left for each battery, and the same
cumulative for both batteries. Estimated time left works only for discharging, though
(i.e., there's no estimation of time when charging will complete).
