I used a non-IBM (I guess it was a TakeMS, but I'm not sure) 512MB RAM
module to upgrade the RAM of my T40p. Two friends of mine also upgraded
their notebooks (T41p and one DELL) with this RAM and we never had
problems with it. I don't think there are benefits from Lenevo's RAM
that are worth the price..
