[ltp] powernowd vs cpufreqd

Hi,
i've used cpufreq for a while - till the ondemand-governor worked for me
(centrino dothan). with ondemand-governor, you don't need a daemon for
scaling/switching any more. and switching/scaling is so fast that i've
enabled it regardless of on battery/ac (it's a laptop :-)).
there is als a "conservative" version of the ondemand-governor in newer
kernels where you can get a little bit more out of you're battery: if
i'm right, scaling/switching happens not so fast, e.g. no freqswitching
because of some very little cpu-peak.
