[ltp] T42 USB port... DEAD?

My Second USB is not giving out enough power like to power or use a device in it.

If I attach an IPOD to the port, it will read everything from the IPOD but
won't charge it. If I connect a USB mouse, it won't work cause it needs power.

If I take a look at the IPOD when Off and no battery, it slightly fleakers
trying to power On the IPOD but nevers does it.

This has happen already for long time but I haven't really cared nor
troubleshooted it. (I actually never cared on tested what I could do)

... RMA the board?
