USB? Framebuffer? If it really crashes, you could use a serial cable to
capture the kernel crash at resume. If it just freezes, you are lost.
Have you tried to find a kernel config in google which works for resume?
I think there are a lot of pages regarding Linux on a T20, including
thinkwiki.org.
