i guess you mean Stephan's xorg.conf ? 

how many fps do you get with glxgears?
i top at 1150 fps on a good day (downhill and wind in the back ...)

there was sometime ago a benchmark page on thinkwiki but the link now 
says "This does not work yet". is there any way to access the old data 
again?
