[ltp] irda, Ericsson T39, gnokii problems

I tried this and it doesn't work either. There are these
messages in dmesg:

irlap_adjust_qos_settings(), Detected buggy peer, adjust mtt to 1000us!
IrLAP, no activity on link!
IrLAP, no activity on link!
IrLAP, no activity on link!
IrLAP, no activity on link!
...

(They appear after minicom and gnokii sessions too)

After this even irdadump stops working and I must unload
ircomm* and nsc-ircc modules manually and load them again.
