[ltp] USB problem with IBM Dock type 2631 Debian Sarge Kernel 2.6.12

Hello,

I have a problem installing Debian Sarge (also ubuntu & knoppix) when
the Thinkpad is docked in the ibm full dock type 2631.
The installation is interrupeted because of an usb error:

"hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad? "

I have tested it with two docking station from type 2631 and it is always
the same procedure.
Other kernels from 2.6.x shows also the problem.

the result is that you can't use the usb ports on the back of the docking.
the usb port on the right side of my x21 is fully functional.

Kernelversion 2.4 shows also a failure and disables the back ports.

On Windows systems the back ports of the docking should work!
