The Pentium-M processors are designed for temperatures of up to 100
degrees Celsius (http://processorfinder.intel.com/).  There is no need
to panic.  In fact, around 80 degrees Celsius is what I have seen on a
T41p and on a T42 under constant and high CPU load.
