Yes, the T30 had an USB 1.1 controller. However I omitted any subversions, 
thus I did not specifically say that the T30 had a USB 1.0 controller but an 
USB 1 controller, which includes the versions 1.0 and 1.1. But I think we are 
getting too much into the area of nitpicking here ;-) 

Nevertheless, the electrical specifications should not have changed between 
USB 0.9, 1.0, 1.1 and USB 2.0, so I still don't understand why the USB 
circuitry of the newer models seems to fry more easily than in the old 
models.
