[ltp] Occasional freeze-ups when booting (A31)

About once in a dozen times, when booting up, my TP A31 freezes just after
the ACPI messages, just before entering the graphic bootup stage. Screen
stays blank and becomes totally unresponsive to keystrokes, etc. Have
to turn off the power. At the next bootup attempt everything is fine.

This has started happening just since I upgraded from FC4 to FC5.
Does anyone else have any experience with this?

Could it be a hardware problem or a bug in FC5?
