Thanks again, Peter! Not only does hibernation work,
it seems to work much faster than it did in Breezy.

(Is 1584 MiB of swap enough for 1508 MiB
of RAM, or will it bite me some day?)

(Tomorrow: how to get rid of the dreadful disk unloading clicking
sound, when `hdparm -B 255` doesn=E2=80=99t work on SATA drives and
`while true; do touch /tmp/touch; sleep 10; done` seems like
an ugly and strainful overkill.)

Isn=E2=80=99t this a famous Stalin quote? Hmmm, now that I checked
http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Joseph_Stalin it does seem to
be in the =E2=80=98Unsourced=E2=80=99 section, though.
