[ltp] MouseArrow big Underscore in Ubuntu xorg with ati driver

i've installed the ubuntu updates (xserver-xorg); after that i installed the new ati driver from the ati homepage.
on some applikation now the mouse have an big underscore line? any suggestions? 
in xorg.conf show following:

Section "Device"
        Identifier      "ATI Technologies, Inc. ATI Default Card"
        Driver          "fglrx"
#       Driver          "ati"
        BusID           "PCI:1:0:0"
