[ltp] What is the maximum fan speed of ibm t42-8zu?

Thinkwiki.org says that maximum fan speed of t42 can be 4700rpm,

My fan's max speed is about 3300rpm, and the temperature is very high.
When I compile a kernel, it can be as high as 89C. I doubt there is
something wrong
with my cpu fan. But the system still run stablely, and never crash.

Could someone tell me what is the max fan speed and temperature of your tps,
