[ltp] tpb freezups?

A31 TP, FC6 --
The tpb (Thinkpad Buttons) daemon seems to cause intermittent freezups.
X server stops responding, keyboard unresponsive, ditto eraserhead mouse,
etc., and this necessitates a power off.

This happens only when online and on certain websites. I think it might be
because of Java or cgi scripts that the web pages cause to be executed.

This didn't start happening until after I upgraded to FC6.

Anyone else seen anything like this happening?
