Looks like a kernel panic code, don't know that one exactly.

I've got a T43p and suspend2 works like charm (disk and ram).
I use gentoo with 2.6.18.1 suspend 2.2.8, hibernate-script-1.93-r6, and
ati-drivers 8.30.3-r1.

Give us some more information like Distro, version of hibernate-script,
and GFX drivers.
