[ltp] Any success with Smart Link modem driver on an A31? (Success!)

Finally got the beastie working.

Compiled the slmodem tarball with --alsa option, so don't
need to worry about the slamr module.

Needed to remove oss sound modules.

Then:

   # /usr/sbin/slmodemd --alsa modem:1

Of course, had to modify connect script to use /dev/ttySL0.
