Hrm, no, you shouldn't have to. Is there anything in the kernel logs after
you reinsert? (Are you using the auto_eject thing btw? It's kinda weird t=
o
see three 'attempting to eject' messages, but I don't think running the
eject stuff more than necessary will cause any problems)
