[ltp] Firefox/Thunderbird filepicker solution

Dear All,

I thought this was worth sharing: I finally discovered how to re-enable 
the native file-picker in Fx/Tbird. Not only is it far better featured, 
but it doesn't take >25 seconds to appear either!

P.S. Is it just me, or do other people agree that the new GTK filepicker 
is an abomination?
