[ltp] T40 and system Freezes -battery related?

All,

Had an issue with T40 system freezing.. Mouse, KB .. every thing just 
freezing while on battery.

So, I swapped the battery our for a new High Capacity battery.

The system seems to be charging properly with it, had it thru a few 
charge/discharge cycles.

It still freezes - just as often (once every 2 hours)... But it doesn't 
freeze when plugged into the wall.  Curious.

Does this sound like any known system issues?
