[ltp] T43: Lagged mouse + keys in games

Hi

I have the same problem with my r50p ... mouse lags in games under Windows and Linux. This problem occurs even in very old games like Starcraft (1996) and it doesn't matter wether you use the internal touchpad/trackpoint or an external usb mouse. But I have no idea how to fix this ...
