[ltp] kernel 2.6.17.3 irda nsc_ircc

Hi to all,
on my T42 with kernel 2.6.16.5 IRDA work fine,
but when i have upgraded kernel to 2.6.17.3
irda fails: FATAL: Error inserting nsc_ircc
(/lib/modules/2.6.17.3/kernel/drivers/net/irda/nsc-ircc.ko): 
No such device;

dmesg | grep ircc say :

nsc-ircc, chip->init
nsc-ircc, Found chip at base=0x02e
nsc-ircc, driver loaded (Dag Brattli)
nsc_ircc_open(), can't get iobase of 0x2f8

Any idea ? i have to apply any patch?
