Hi,
I am currently running Ubuntu Edgy.
I had to opt to do the regular ati-install, vs the --buildpkg option.
This is because there is no package for edgy, and edgy uses Xorg 7.1.
According to the release notes, this fixes the issue where if you want
xgl, it has to be :1, now I can run it on display :0...
I had no problems with the 8.26 release, in fact I was pretty happy with
them. So far these seem on par or better for me. No powerstate
corruption, suspend to ram and disk are working good, xgl works good. I
am a happy camper.
I am running a t60 w/ x1400...
