where did you get that patch? The most up to date patch is for
2.6.16, iirc. I've been grabbing mine from here:
http://bugme.osdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3022
also, the ubuntu dapper kernel source has the patch in it (it is
2.6.15 series also). you can probably just grab that and build a
kernel from it.
