Thanks, Alex. This time 'round there were enough clues to get me where
I needed to go. I now have a couple of configs that do everything I
want to do.
The only tricky bit (for me) was finding the ModeLine in the log file
file that specified a 60Hz refresh rate. Once I got that in the right
place, the LCD was happy in either normal or cloned mode.
