[ltp] WPA-PSK on FC 3, 4, 5

Can WPA-PSK really be this difficult?
I must be missing something or following all
of the wong paths on google.

With all of the talk about how easy it is to
crack WEP we really need something much better

I am trying to bring up Wpa-supplicant but the
docs that I have been able to find don't really help much.

I did an apt-get from atrpms and that went well but
I can't seem to make any progree past that point.

I have been running WEP with ndiswrapper with 
few problems.
