[ltp] Hibernate/Sleep on x60

I got hibernate and sleep to work on my x60. I simply installed the
hibernate package via apt-get(apt-get install hibernate), and then both
worked. Sometimes however to suspend-to-disk(hibernate)fails to go down.
To resume you have to edit the grub file /boot/grub/menu.lst and add
resume=/dev/sdaXX as bootparameter(XX is your swap partition)
To resume from sleep, simply opening the lid works.
