 	WARNING WARNING WARNING...

 	I just tried this on my T42p, and it appeared to work great. 
The drive was cleanly removed, ejected, and was re-detected upon 
reinsert of the Ultrabay.

 	Here's where the problem started...

 	No more partition table. DOH! Nothing I had could recognize 
the drive's partition, because the primary _and_ backup partition 
table entries on the drive were gone (set to flag 0x0000).

 	Luckily I remembered the exact partitioning scheme I used on 
the drive, so I was able to recreate it with fdisk and get my data off 
before any more weirdness happened to it. I would hate to have lost 2 
weeks of data sitting on 80gb of drive since my last backup interval.

 	Just be careful, and back up first, before you play with it.
