That's what I had on my T23 with a new battery. It used to say about 2
hours and 50 minutes remaining with a full battery, but the remaining
time dropped rapidly (about showing 1 minute less every second) until it
stabilized around 2:35.
If you look at /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/info, what does it report as the
last full capaity? How does it compare with design capacity?

If you buy it, you'll get 4400 mAh (which is 47520 mWh) at most. Note
that Lithium batteries age and lose capacity even if they're sitting on
a shelf unused. The date of manufacture would be interesting to know.
