I have to rmmod=20
- pcmcia
- yenta_socket
- rsrc_nonstatic
- pcmcia_core
- ipw3945
- ieee80211
- ieee80211_crypt
- ehci_hcd
- uhci_hcd

to get a working sus2ram & sus2disc.
In my case yenta_socket reserved IRQ 11 and was the main quilty module
if suspend/resume doesn't work properly.

I'm using the Debian 2.6.17-2-686 kernel, fglrx 8.28.8 (8.30 also),
kernel options "acpi_sleep=3Ds3_bios,s3_mode ec_intr=3D0 noapic
SmartPowerDownEnable=3D1" and kernel's swsusp.
I'll try Suspend2 in the next days.

Good luck!
