Yes, I used to use these sometimes, but the Debian package containing cardctl
is now deprecated? I haven't looked into what is intended to replace it.
I also have a vague memory of this method not working -- that problems would
still happen if I woke the laptop up with the card in the slot regardless. But
I'm not sure.
