I'm afraid the option sets of various drivers are pretty different.
Try to compare 'man radeon' and 'man i810'.
The "MonitorLayout" option does exist in the radeon driver too, but the
monitor types are different (LVDS instead of LFP and so on, if my guess
about the meaning of LFP is right).
