[ltp] Videoswitching with i810

Hi,
i own a thinkpad R60e with a 845GM-Graphicschip.
I have a couple of simple question:
Are these options
Option "MonitorLayout" "CRT,LFP"
Option "Clone" "true" 
necessary in the xorg.conf to get videoswitching to work? Becasue i
don't have those entries and switching does not work regardless if i use
the i810switch-tool or the ibm_acpi-module.
And:
What is the difference between CRT, LFP an DFP?
I want to use a 19" TFT and a Beamer with my vga-out.
