Thanks for the head's up. For the curious, you cannot enable the NMI
watchdog unless you specifically ask the kernel to by giving it the
"nmi_watchdog=<something>" parameter. It is a kernel debugging helper.
Just don't enable this on ThinkPads, or you will get big hangs.
In fact, don't enable any watchdogs on a laptop, most of the drivers
cannot handle suspend/resume properly, and will do the obviously wrong
thing if you don't disable them before the suspend.
