[ltp] linux on my T43p

Using Slackware 10.2 or Mandriva One 2006 I have same output!
There isn't any /dev/sda2 partition... just /dev/sda1
Where is my Predesktop area?

I wish to install Linux on my TP-T43p... NO DUAL BOOT!
... and I don't want to lost 'Access IBM' function if I remove Linux and 
install XP tomorrow.
