The main risk is not the CPU. Intel PentiumM can take 90°C w/o problems.
BUT the chips and PCB around the CPU will suffer. Nobody knows for sure
what are the maximal temps for these parts.

http://www.intel.com . Read the pdf files about the chips. They allways
specify absolute maximal ratings. You should keep the cpu at least 10°C
lower then the ratings.
