T23 is savage based, not radeon.  probably the cable to your LCD
monitor broke or became disconnected or your backlight went out.  Does
toggling fn-F7 during boot help?  If you want to enable tv-out, you
can use s3switch to enable tv-out or in your xorg.conf add:
Option "TvOn" "TRUE"
to the device section.
