I got the patches from SuSE 2.6.16, I think. I don't know if SuSE 2.6.17 has
them, but you can just get the SuSE kernel source, and try to apply the
2.6.17 patches.  If patch complains that the patches are reversed, then that
means SuSE already has those patches applied.
