[ltp] cancel out HD noise

Well, i have a linux install that runs 100% from RAM using a RAMfs, squashfs and some nasty tricks with the initrd. Started in that mode the laptop is slient as a brick. But also limited to ~500 MB storage.

But sometimes a just need the HD for biiger files. Spinning down the HD will not work in that case.

That is the point why i'm asking. There are lots of different foams. Someone may have seen or used one that is not isolating the heat too much. HDs usually draw < 2 watt, that is not so much ...
