Thanks for this thread. One day I will buy a new laptop, and I'm almost
certain it will be a Thinkpad of one flavor or another. Reading this thread
has helped me learn about what's important and what's not so important, and
what features to look for or ignore.

I understand that the letter "S" after the x60 means "Slim" version. What is the simple
difference between the Thinkpad X, T, and S series?
